1. What we collect

• Information you give us: when you fill out a form (for example, to request a cash offer or contact us), we collect your name, phone number, email address, property address, and anything else you choose to tell us.
• How you use the Site: your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and how long you stay, collected with cookies and similar tools.
• Text messaging records: if you opt in to texts, your mobile number, the messages you send us, and a record of your consent (the date, time and where you opted in).

2. How we use it

• To answer your questions and tell you about our home-buying services.
• To contact you by phone and email about your property and our services, as the law allows. By submitting a form, you agree to these calls and emails, which may use automated systems (for example, autodialers or prerecorded messages). We text only people who opt in; see Text messages.
• To improve the Site and our services.
• To follow the law and protect our legal rights.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run the business: website hosting, analytics, and email or texting platforms. Texting platforms receive your mobile number only to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.
• Legal authorities, if the law requires it or to protect our rights.
• A buyer of our business, if we merge, are acquired, or sell assets. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are excluded from any such transfer.

4. Text messages (SMS)

We text you only if you opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our property form. We use your mobile number and messages only to reply about your property inquiry, schedule and remind you of calls and visits, update you on your sale, and keep a record of your consent and any opt-out.

5. Cookies and tracking

6. Your choices

You can opt out of marketing at any time:

Opting out of marketing doesn't stop messages about something you've asked us for, like a reply to your inquiry or an update on an active sale.
