These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of truhomebuyer.com (the "Site"), run by Tru Home Buyer LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

The short version

When you send us your information, you agree that we can call and email you about your property and our services.
We text you only if you check the texting box on our Text Us page or property form. Reply STOP anytime to stop.
Please give us accurate information, and use the Site lawfully.
Utah law applies.

1. Using the Site

The Site is for people who want to sell their home or learn about our home-buying services. Use it only for lawful purposes. Don't use it for anything illegal, to harass anyone, or to send harmful content.

2. Contacting you

When you submit your information through a form on the Site (for example, your name, phone number, email address or property details), you agree that Tru Home Buyer LLC may contact you about your inquiry and our services by phone call and email. Calls may be placed using automated systems, including autodialers or prerecorded messages, where the law allows.

We send text messages only if you check the separate SMS consent box on our form; see Section 3. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of any purchase. You can opt out at any time; see our Opt-Out page.

What we text about. Your property inquiry: your cash offer, questions about your property, scheduling and reminders for calls and property visits, and updates on your sale.

Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call (435) 244-6859 or email [email protected].

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, complete and current. We aren't responsible for errors in the information you provide, or for losses caused by inaccurate information.
